For Christmas this year I was given some Old West 28mm figures and the rules for a wargame called The Rules With No Name. I have been dabbling with wargames and figures for over 30 years mainly painting and collecting a lot of Warhammer and Warhammer 40K stuff including a pretty mean-looking Ork army. I have also always been a huge Western fan so I thought it was time to combine the two things. I have also drifted away from painting and playing this year so I am hoping that a new area will refocus me and get me back into the hobby.
I would also like to blog my progress with the hobby and keep a record of how it develops. I have bought a load of models, some of them direct from Artizan and Foundry miniatures and others from EBay. Today I filed and prepared the 1st batch of 16 and based them up ready to go.
The next step is to undercoat and base coat them.
